FAQ's

 

NooB2b is a sales platform which has been made available to specific agreed commercial customers for the purpose of placing orders with Noo Eyewear. It is not intended for use by end use, retail customers. If an order is received by a non-authorized customer, it will not be processed. The NooB2b site is for authorized Optometrist practices and selected Retail stores only. Please refer to our full terms and conditions* for further details.

How do I place an order?



Authorized NooB2b members can place orders on our site and enjoy exclusive wholesale benefits.

Payment and Shipping



Payment for orders on this site is in advance using one of the payment methods noted in payment area.

Orders will be shipped within 30 days of placement.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, one of our sales team will contact you to arrange an alternate model or colour or  credit as necessary.

Secure ordering & payment options



We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American

Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Returns & refunds



If an item is found to be faulty, notification must be given to Noo Eyewear within 3 days of receipt.  As a part of the warranty claim, the faulty item must be returned, in its original packaging, to Noo Eyewear within 10 days.

There is no rotation for Sunglasses.

Promo Codes



Promo codes and their associated discounts are subject to change without notice and are provided to authorized NooB2b customers for temporary use and subject to terms & conditions of use.

Use of login 



Access to NooB2b site is for authorized commercial practices only.  Sharing login in details and promo codes with others stores or individuals will be considered a violation of our terms & conditions and may result in the closing of your account and the cancellation of services.
